أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ نا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ حَدَّثَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْغَافِقِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي إِيَاسُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ لَا تَنْكِحْ مَنْ أَرْضَعَتْهُ امْرَأَةُ أَبِيكَ وَلَا امْرَأَةُ ابْنِكَ وَلَا امْرَأَةُ أَخِيكَ
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) cursed the muhallil (the one who marries a thrice-divorced woman to make her lawful for her former husband) and the muhallal lahu (the former husband for whom this is done). This establishes that tahlil marriages are prohibited.
