أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ نا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ نا أَبُو دَاوُدَ نا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ عِدَّةُ الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ عِدَّةُ الْمُطَلَّقَةِ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ وَالزُّهْرِيِّ وَالشَّعْبِيِّ وَالْجَمَاعَةِ
English Translation
Ibn Umar narrated that he divorced his wife during her menstruation. The Prophet (peace be upon him) ordered him to take her back and wait until she became pure, then menstruated again, then became pure again, and then if he wished, he could divorce her before having intercourse.
