أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ أنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ أنا الرَّبِيعُ أنا الشَّافِعِيُّ أنا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ قَالَ إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا حَتَّى تَغْتَسِلَ مِنَ الْحَيْضَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ فِي الْوَاحِدَةِ وَالثِّنْتَيْنِ
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) ruled that the child of li'an inherits from the mother and her relatives, and they inherit from him. He has no lineage claim to the father.
