أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ عَبْدُ الْقَاهِرِ بْنُ طَاهِرٍ الْإِمَامُ وَأَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حَمْدَانَ قَالَا أنا أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ نُجَيْدٍ أنا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ نا الْأَنْصَارِيُّ نا أَشْعَثُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ فِي الْحَرَامِ إِنْ نَوَى يَمِينًا فَيَمِينٌ وَإِنْ نَوَى طَلَاقًا فَطَلَاقٌ
English Translation
Al-Hasan said regarding the declaration of forbidden: If he intended it as an oath, it is an oath. If he intended divorce, it is divorce.
