أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ نا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ نا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يَأْخُذُ مِنَ الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا أَعْطَاهَا وَكَذَلِكَ
English Translation
From 'Ata' who traced it to the Prophet (peace be upon him), who said: 'He should not take from the woman seeking khul' more than what he gave her.'
