أَنَّ الْحُرَّةَ إِذَا أَقَامَتْ عَلَى ضِرَارٍ فَلَهَا يَوْمَانِ وَلِلْأَمَةِ يَوْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خُمَيْرَوَيْهِ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ فَذَكَرَهُ البيهقي ١٤٧٥٢: عن
English Translation
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us... from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: The breastfeeding of an older person does not make anything unlawful. And in another narration: What makes something unlawful through breastfeeding is what nourishes in infancy.
