وَأَمَّا الْحَدِيثُ الَّذِي أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ نا أَصْبَغُ نا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ نا خَالِدُ بْنُ إِلْيَاسَ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَظْهِرُوا النِّكَاحَ وَاضْرِبُوا عَلَيْهِ بِالْغِرْبَالِ كَذَا قَالَ وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ خَالِدُ بْنُ إِلْيَاسَ ضَعِيفٌ
English Translation
As for the hadith that Abu Tahir the jurist informed us... from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Publicize the marriage and beat the sieve-drum (ghirbal) for it. This is how he said it, but it is actually Khalid bin Ilyas, who is weak.
