أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو أنبأ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ سَمِعَ عُبَيْدَ اللهِ بْنَ أَبِي يَزِيدَ يَقُولُ دَعَا أَبِي عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ فَأَتَاهُ فَجَلَسَ وَوُضِعَ الطَّعَامُ فَمَدَّ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ يَدَهُ وَقَالَ خُذُوا بِسْمِ اللهِ وَقَبَضَ عَبْدُ اللهِ يَدَهُ البيهقي ١٤٥٣٥: عن
English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'An orphan girl should be consulted regarding herself. If she remains silent, it is her consent; and if she refuses, there is no forcing her.'
