أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ يَخْلُو بِهَا فَلَا يَمَسَّهَا ثُمَّ يُطَلِّقُهَا لَيْسَ لَهَا إِلَّا نِصْفُ الصَّدَاقِ لِأَنَّ اللهَ تَعَالَى يَقُولُ {وَإِنْ طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ تَمَسُّوهُنَّ وَقَدْ فَرَضْتُمْ لَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةً فَنِصْفُ مَا فَرَضْتُمْ} [البقرة 237]
English Translation
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: 'I married Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her), and I said: O Messenger of Allah, let me consummate the marriage. He said: Give her something. I said: I have nothing. He said: Where is your Hutamiyyah armor? I said: It is with me. He said: Give it to her.'
