أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ حَدَّثَنِي الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى الدَّارِمِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ تَزَوَّجَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَسِتِّ سِنِينَ وَبَنَى بِي وَأَنَا ابْنَةُ تِسْعِ سِنِينَ
English Translation
Jabir said: "We used to practice azl during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) while the Quran was being revealed, and if it were something to be prohibited, the Quran would have prohibited it."
