وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا الْمُعْتَمِرُ عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ دَغْفَلٍ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ أَبَا نَضْرَةَ قَبَّلَ خَدَّ الْحَسَنِ يَعْنِي الْبَصْرِيَّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ تَعَالَى
English Translation
Umar ruled that an impotent man be given a year's grace period, and if he still cannot consummate the marriage, the wife has the right to seek annulment.
