English Translation
Amr ibn Taghlib narrated: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was given some wealth. He gave some people and withheld from others. He heard that those who were withheld from were displeased, so he said: 'I give to a man and leave another, and the one I leave is dearer to me than the one I give. I give to people because of the anxiety and impatience in their hearts, and I entrust some people to the contentment and goodness that Allah has placed in their hearts — among them is Amr ibn Taghlib.' Amr said: 'I would not trade the words of the Messenger of Allah for red camels.'"
