أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ أنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ثنا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ إِنَّ مِنْ قَضَاءِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَضَى لِلْجَدَّتَيْنِ مِنَ الْمِيرَاثِ بَيْنَهُمَا السُّدُسُ سَوَاءٌ إِسْحَاقُ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ مُرْسَلٌ
English Translation
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us: Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us: Yahya ibn Abi Talib narrated to us: Yazid ibn Harun informed us: Hisham ibn Hassan narrated from al-Hasan: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: The child belongs to the bed, and the adulterer gets the stone. This is a mursal narration from al-Hasan.
