أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا قَبِيصَةُ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ خَالَفَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ جَمِيعَ أَهْلِ الصَّلَاةِ فِي زَوْجٍ وَأَبَوَيْنِ
English Translation
Abu Sa'id informed us: Abu Abdullah narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Nasr narrated to us: Ishaq ibn Ibrahim narrated to us: Jarir narrated from al-Mughirah from Ibrahim: Ali and Abdullah gave the mother one-third of the remainder in the case of a husband and two parents. He said: And Ibn Abbas said: She gets one-third of all the wealth. Ibrahim said: The view of Ali and Abdullah is closer to us.
