أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أنا يَزِيدُ أنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْجَزَّارِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ فِي زَوْجٍ وَأَبَوَيْنِ قَالَ لِلزَّوْجِ النِّصْفُ وَلِلْأُمِّ الثُّلُثُ وَلِلْأَبِ السُّدُسُ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ مَتْرُوكٌ وَرُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ مُنْقَطِعٍ
English Translation
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz and Abu Sa'id ibn Abi Amr informed us: Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us: Yahya ibn Abi Talib informed us: Yazid informed us: al-Hasan ibn Umarah narrated from al-Hakam from Yahya ibn al-Jazzar from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding a husband and two parents: The husband gets one-half, the mother gets one-third, and the father gets one-sixth. Al-Hasan ibn Umarah is abandoned as a narrator. It was also narrated from another disconnected chain.
