أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو عُثْمَانَ الْبَصْرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْحُسَيْنَ بْنَ الْوَلِيدِ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ شَرِيكًا يَقُولُ أَسْلَمَ عَلِيٌّ وَهُوَ ابْنُ إِحْدَى عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً
English Translation
The ruling on the lineage and paternity of children — the child belongs to the marriage bed.
