رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَغَيْرِهِ 11023 عَنْ سُفْيَانَ وَقَالَ إِلَّا كَلْبَ صَيْدٍ أَوْ مَاشِيَةٍ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ فَذَكَرَهُ البيهقي ١١٠٢٢: عن
English Translation
Ibn Umar narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever sells a slave who has wealth, the wealth belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates otherwise." This was recorded in the two Sahihs.
