حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ أَنَّ أَبَا رَافِعٍ حَدَّثَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ أَكَلَ أَوْ شَرِبَ فِي صَوْمِهِ نَاسِيًا فَلْيُتِمَّ صَوْمَهُ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَطْعَمَهُ وَسَقَاهُ.
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us: Sa'id told us, from Qatadah, that Abu Rafi' narrated from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever eats or drinks during his fast forgetfully, let him complete his fast, for indeed it is Allah, Mighty and Majestic, who has fed him and given him drink."
