حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ قَتَادَةُ عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا تَشَاجَرْتُمْ أَوْ اخْتَلَفْتُمْ فِي الطَّرِيقِ فَدَعُوا سَبْعَ أَذْرُعٍ.
English Translation
Yahya ibn Sa'id told us, who said: al-Muthanna informed us — Qatadah, from Bushayr ibn Ka'b, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said: "If you dispute or differ about a road, leave seven cubits."
