وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ هَذَا سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ الدَّابَّةُ الْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ.
English Translation
And with this same chain: I heard Abu al-Qasim (peace and blessings be upon him) say: 'The dumb animal's [injury] is without liability, the mine is without liability, the well is without liability, and in buried treasure there is a fifth [due].'
