حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ الْمَطْلُ ظُلْمُ الْغَنِيِّ وَمَنْ أُتْبِعَ عَلَى مَلِيءٍ فَلْيَتْبَعْ.
English Translation
Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu al-Zinad, from al-A'raj, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said: "Delay in payment is injustice on the part of a wealthy person, and whoever is made to follow a solvent debtor, let him follow him."
