حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيُكْرِمْ ضَيْفَهُ وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيَقُلْ خَيْرًا أَوْ لِيَسْكُتْ.
English Translation
Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu al-Zinad, from al-A'raj, from Abu Hurayrah, he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him honor his guest; and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him speak good or remain silent."
