حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلٌ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَضَى فِيمَنْ زَنَى وَلَمْ يُحْصِنْ أَنْ يُنْفَى عَامًا مَعَ الْحَدِّ عَلَيْهِ.
English Translation
Hajjaj told us: Layth told us: Uqayl told me, from Ibn Shihab, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyab, from Abu Hurairah, from the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, that he ruled that whoever commits adultery without being married should be exiled for a year in addition to the prescribed punishment.
