حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْمُكْثِرُونَ هُمْ الْأَسْفَلُونَ إِلَّا مَنْ قَالَ بِالْمَالِ هَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا أَمَامَهُ وَعَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ شِمَالِهِ وَخَلْفَهُ.
English Translation
Yahya narrated to us, from Ibn Ajlan, who said: I heard my father narrating from Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet (peace be upon him), who said: "Those who have much wealth are the lowest, except for those who spend their wealth like this and like this and like this and like this - in front of them, to their right, to their left, and behind them."
