حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرَأَةٍ أَنْ تُسَافِرَ يَوْمًا فَمَا فَوْقَهُ إِلَّا وَمَعَهَا ذُو حُرْمَةٍ.
English Translation
Hasan narrated to us, he said: Shayban narrated to us, from Yahya, from Sa'id ibn Abi Sa'id, that his father informed him, that he heard Abu Hurayrah saying: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "It is not permissible for a woman to travel for a day or more except with a mahram (male relative she cannot marry)."
