Arabic (Original)
وَقَالَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام مَنْ تَوَلَّى قَوْمًا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا.
English Translation
And he (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever claims allegiance to a people without the permission of his masters, upon him is the curse of Allah and the angels. Allah will not accept from him any obligatory or voluntary deed."
