حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُبَارَكُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ صِبْرَةَ وَعَبَّادُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ أَنَّهُمَا سَمِعَا الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَقْبَلُ الصَّدَقَةَ وَلَا يَقْبَلُ مِنْهَا إِلَّا الطَّيِّبَ يَقْبَلُهَا بِيَمِينِهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى وَيُرَبِّيهَا لِعَبْدِهِ الْمُسْلِمِ اللُّقْمَةَ كَمَا يُرَبِّي أَحَدُكُمْ مُهْرَهُ أَوْ فَصِيلَهُ حَتَّى يُوَافَى بِهَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مِثْلَ أُحُدٍ.
English Translation
Khalaf ibn al-Walid narrated to us, he said: al-Mubarak narrated to us, he said: 'Abd al-Wahid ibn Sibrah and 'Abbad ibn Mansur narrated to us that they heard al-Qasim ibn Muhammad say: I heard Abu Hurayrah say: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah the Almighty accepts charity, and He does not accept anything of it except what is pure and good. He accepts it with His right hand, the Most Blessed and Exalted, and nurtures it for His Muslim servant - a morsel - as one of you nurtures his foal or young camel, until it meets him on the Day of Resurrection as large as Mount Uhud."
