English Translation
Harun narrated to us, 'Abdullah ibn Wahb narrated to us, he said: Abu Sakhr Humayd ibn Ziyad narrated to me that 'Umar ibn Ishaq - the freed slave of Za'idah - narrated to him, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to say: "The five daily prayers, from one Friday to the next, and from one Ramadan to the next, are expiation for what is between them, as long as major sins are avoided."
