حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِنَّ الذُّبَابَ فِي أَحَدِ جَنَاحَيْهِ دَاءٌ وَفِي الْآخَرِ شِفَاءٌ فَإِذَا وَقَعَ فِي إِنَاءِ أَحَدِكُمْ فَلْيَغْمِسْهُ فَإِنَّهُ يَتَّقِي بِالَّذِي فِيهِ الدَّاءُ ثُمَّ يُخْرِجُهُ.
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Indeed, in one of the wings of a fly there is disease, and in the other there is cure. When it falls into the vessel of one of you, let him submerge it, for it shields itself with the wing that carries the disease, then remove it."
