English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) came out to them while they were discussing truffles, and some of them were saying they are the smallpox of the earth. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Truffles are a form of manna, and their water is a cure for the eyes. Ajwah dates are from Paradise, and they are a cure for poison."
