Arabic (Original)
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ يَمِينَ اللَّهِ مَلْأَى لَا يَغِيضُهَا نَفَقَةٌ سَحَّاءُ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ أَرَأَيْتُمْ مَا أَنْفَقَ مُنْذُ خَلَقَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ فَإِنَّهُ لَمْ يَغِضْ مَا فِي يَمِينِهِ قَالَ وَعَرْشُهُ عَلَى الْمَاءِ وَبِيَدِهِ الْأُخْرَى الْقَبْضُ يَرْفَعُ وَيَخْفِضُ.
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'The Right Hand of Allah is full, and no expenditure diminishes it. It is overflowing night and day. Do you see what He has spent since He created the heavens and the earth? It has not diminished what is in His Right Hand. His Throne is upon water. In His other Hand is the power to take and give; He raises and lowers.'
