حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا جَاءَتْ أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا تَطْلُبُ مِيرَاثَهَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَا إِنَّا سَمِعْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنِّي لَا أُورَثُ.
English Translation
It was narrated from Hadrat Abu Hurairah that Hadrat Fatimah came to Hadrat Abu Bakr and 'Umar to ask for her inheritance from the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). They said: We heard the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) say: “I am not to be inherited from.`
