حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ هُرْمُزَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَمْنَعَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ جَارَهُ أَنْ يَضَعَ خَشَبَةً عَلَى جِدَارِهِ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ مَالِي أَرَاكُمْ مُعْرِضِينَ وَاللَّهِ لَأَرْمِيَنَّ بِهَا بَيْنَ أَكْتَافِكُمْ.
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'People are of two types: a believer whose faith relieves him, and a sinful or disbelieving person whom I hope to have rewarded after Allah has released me from him.'
