حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ وَيَعْلَى قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَتَاكُمْ أَهْلُ الْيَمَنِ هُمْ أَلْيَنُ قُلُوبًا وَأَرَقُّ أَفْئِدَةً الْإِيمَانُ يَمَانٍ وَالْحِكْمَةُ يَمَانِيَةٌ قَالَ أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ يَعْنِي فِي حَدِيثِهِ رَأْسُ الْكُفْرِ قِبَلَ الْمَشْرِقِ.
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'There are three whose prayer does not rise above their ears: the runaway slave until he returns, a woman whose husband is angry with her and sleeps displeased with her, and an imam who leads people who dislike him.'
