حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرَأَةٍ تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ تُسَافِرُ يَوْمًا وَلَيْلَةً إِلَّا مَعَ ذِي رَحِمٍ مِنْ أَهْلِهَا.
English Translation
Abd al-Rahman told us, from Malik, from Sa'id ibn Abi Sa'id, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "It is not lawful for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to travel a day and a night except with a mahram relative of hers."
