English Translation
Yazid told us, and Mu'ammar ibn Sulayman al-Raqqi, from al-Hajjaj ibn Artat, from Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The testimony of a treacherous person is not permissible, nor of one who has been flogged [for a punishable offense] in Islam, nor of one who bears malice against his brother."
