حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الرَّجُلُ الْبِكْرَ أَقَامَ عِنْدَهَا ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ.
English Translation
Husayn narrated to us: Muhammad narrated from Sulayman from Amr ibn Shu'ayb from his father from his grandfather from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: An adopted child does not inherit, and he inherits from where his lineage is. It was said: He was given the khumus (one-fifth share) from the war spoils. After that, they returned to their original lineage.
