حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى أَنَّ مَنْ قُتِلَ خَطَأً فَدِيَتُهُ مِائَةٌ مِنْ الْإِبِلِ ثَلَاثُونَ بِنْتَ مَخَاضٍ وَثَلَاثُونَ بِنْتَ لَبُونٍ وَثَلَاثُونَ حِقَّةً وَعَشَرَةٌ بَنُو لَبُونٍ ذُكُورٌ.
English Translation
Husayn narrated to us: Muhammad narrated from Sulayman from Amr ibn Shu'ayb from his father from his grandfather from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: The blood money of the People of the Book is half the blood money of the Muslims.
