حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنِي هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ ثَلَاثٍ لَمْ يَفْقَهْهُ.
English Translation
Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us: Ma'mar informed us from Hammam ibn Munabbih who said: This is what Abu Hurayrah narrated to us from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). He mentioned several hadiths, among them: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: We are the last but the first on the Day of Resurrection. And Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated from Ma'mar a similar narration.
