Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُدْرِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ نُجَيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا تَدْخُلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ بَيْتًا فِيهِ جُنُبٌ وَلَا صُورَةٌ وَلَا كَلْبٌ.
English Translation
It was narrated from Hadrat 'Ali (may Allah be well pleased with him) from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him): “The angels do not enter a house in which there is a junub person or an image or a dog.`
