حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُوَيْسٍ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ أَنَّ سَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَحَمْزَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَاهُ عَنْ أَبِيهِمَا أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُمَا أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ الشُّؤْمُ فِي الْفَرَسِ وَالدَّارِ وَالْمَرْأَةِ.
English Translation
Ibrahim ibn Abi al-Abbas told us: Abu Uways told us, from al-Zuhri, that Salim ibn Abdullah and Hamzah ibn Abdullah ibn Umar related to him from their father, that he related to them that he heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: 'Ill omen may be found in the horse, the house, and the woman.'
