حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَدَّهُ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ رَحِمَ اللَّهُ امْرَأً صَلَّى قَبْلَ الْعَصْرِ أَرْبَعًا.
English Translation
Sulayman b. Dawud told us, Muhammad b. Muslim b. Mihran told us, that he heard his grandfather relate, from Ibn Umar, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "May Allah have mercy on a man who prays four rak'ahs before the afternoon prayer."
