حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُصَفِّرُ لِحْيَتَهُ وَيَلْبَسُ النِّعَالَ السِّبْتِيَّةَ وَيَسْتَلِمُ الرُّكْنَيْنِ وَيُلَبِّي إِذَا اسْتَوَتْ بِهِ رَاحِلَتُهُ وَيُخْبِرُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَفْعَلُهُ.
English Translation
Surayj told us, Abdullah told us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, that he used to dye his beard yellow, wear tanned leather sandals, touch the two corners, and recite the talbiyah when his mount stood upright with him, and he related that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to do that.
