حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ صَدَقَةُ الْفِطْرِ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ صَغِيرٍ أَوْ كَبِيرٍ حُرٍّ أَوْ عَبْدٍ ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنْثَى صَاعٌ مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ صَاعٌ مِنْ شَعِيرٍ.
English Translation
Surayj told us, Abdullah told us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The charity of Fitr is due from every Muslim, young or old, free or slave, male or female: a measure of dates or a measure of barley."
