حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ أَخْبَرَنِي قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ وَقَّتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِأَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ ذَا الْحُلَيْفَةِ وَلِأَهْلِ نَجْدٍ قَرْنًا وَلِأَهْلِ الشَّامِ الْجُحْفَةَ وَزَعَمُوا أَنَّهُ وَقَّتَ لِأَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ يَلَمْلَمَ.
English Translation
Affan told us: Shu'bah told us: Abdullah ibn Dinar informed me, saying: I heard Ibn Umar say: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, set the boundary for the people of Medina at Dhu al-Hulayfah, for the people of Najd at Qarn, and for the people of Syria at al-Juhfah; and they claim that he set it for the people of Yemen at Yalamlam.
