حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا نَافِعُ بْنُ أَبِي نُعَيْمٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى جَعَلَ الْحَقَّ عَلَى لِسَانِ عُمَرَ وَقَلْبِهِ.
English Translation
Abd al-Malik ibn Amr told us, Nafi' ibn Abi Nu'aym told us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said, "Allah, the Exalted, has placed the truth upon the tongue and heart of Umar."
