حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ نَحْوَ الْمَشْرِقِ فَقَالَ هَا إِنَّ الْفِتَنَ مِنْ هَاهُنَا إِنَّ الْفِتَنَ مِنْ هَاهُنَا إِنَّ الْفِتَنَ مِنْ هَاهُنَا مِنْ حَيْثُ يَطْلُعُ قَرْنُ الشَّيْطَانِ.
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Abdullah az-Zubayri told us, Sufyan told us, from Abdullah ibn Dinar: I heard Ibn Umar say: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said - and he pointed with his hand toward the east - "Behold, tribulations are from here; tribulations are from here; tribulations are from here, from where the horn of Satan rises."
