English Translation
Yazid told us, Shu'bah informed us, from Anas ibn Sirin, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, used to pray the night prayer two by two, then perform witr with a single rak'ah at the end of the night, then he would stand for the dawn prayer as if the adhan and iqamah were ringing in his ears.
