Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنْ نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ، يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَنْكِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ وَلَا يَخْطُبُ.
English Translation
It was narrated from `Aban bin `Hadrat Uthman (may Allah be well pleased with him) from Hadrat 'Uthman (may Allah be well pleased with him), who attributed it to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) , that said: `The pilgrim in ihram should not get married or propose marriage.`
