حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ.
English Translation
Rawh told us, Ibn Jurayj told us, from Sulayman ibn Musa, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, that the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "The right of inheritance through manumission belongs to the one who frees the slave."
